My core competence is dispute resolution and renewable energy law.

I support my clients in all phases of national and international arbitration proceedings, from initiation to enforcement. I also act as an arbitrator.

As counsel, I advise and represent national and international clients before German courts.

I also support national and international clients in identifying and conducting alternative dispute resolution proceedings, e.g., dispute board, mediation, expert determination and adjudication proceedings.

Through my professional experience at major national and international top tier law firms and as senior litigation counsel for Siemens AG, I have a wealth of knowledge and expertise and an excellent international network in the field of dispute resolution. 

For a number of years I have been working intensively in the field of renewable energy law and have successfully supported national and international clients in bringing claims against solar module manufacturers based on defective solar systems and solar modules. The breadth of my activity – sometimes together with my cooperating law firms – spans from the drafting of contracts for industrial plants and technical works of every size (e.g. power plants, on- and offshore wind parks, process industries, acquisition of plants and machinery) through the procurement process to legally sound procedures, commissioning and operation & management.

Furthermore, I have handled numerous disputes in construction law and also in residential property law.

Another main area of my expertise lies in the liability of experts. I advise experts or aggrieved parties against or with respect to liability claims.

For cost-efficient and effective representation in wide-ranging matters or matters with foreign connections, I cooperate with law firms from my domestic and international network.
